Blackjack Science seminars are the perfect opportunity for players of all levels. We train those who are new to the game, players who grasp the game but have been struggling to win, or skilled players looking to take their games to the next level. We also specialize in working with small teams who are looking to combine their abilities amongst trusted friends. Seminars are customized for the attendees. They are a hands-on, comprehensive demonstration and explanation of the techniques used by Semyon, his MIT teammates, and his students, to beat the casinos.
Many aspiring Blackjack aficionados need help in fine-tuning their games or simply gaining a better understanding of a particular strategy, concept, or technique. In this case, there is a need for consultation, but not for full in-person training session. As such, at BlackjackScience.com, Jay Daniels hosts phone (or Skype) sessions. If a phone consultation leads to an in-person seminar, the fee will be deducted from the seminar price, for a discount.
30 Minute Sessions: $60.00
60 Minute Sessions: $100.00
These 90-minute sessions allow prospective players to pace themselves, in terms of learning the game and in terms of their own personal budgets. These sessions are best suited for anyone passionate about learning the game in a non-threatening private environment. The sessions will provide the most effective learning environment, whether that involves private instruction, in-casino playing evaluation, and/or skills testing. The base rate* is $650.
Mentoring is available for small teams of 2-4 players who are serious about taking their group play to the next level. Sessions generally last 4-5 hours. They include high-intensity training, full checkout sessions, and ongoing consultation. In addition, the Small Team Mentoring program works with teams to develop strong in-casino communication (code words, signals) and playing strategy to help avoid detection. Lastly, advice will be given on how to organize policies, session tracking, statistics, and the development of a team manual. The base rate* is $2,750 for the team, plus $250 per player.
Full Day Seminars begin at 9 am, conclude at 5 pm, and include a complimentary lunch. All aspects of Blackjack advantage play (see below) will be addressed. The base rate* is $4,250 per person and sessions are limited to 7 players at a time.
Topics covered include:
Basic strategy and the Hi Lo counting system
Optimal betting and variance
Basic team play
Cut card techniques
Practice techniques and live checkouts
Keycard sequencing
Shuffle tracking techniques
Avoiding detection
Making it a business
Upcoming schedule
At the present time, there are no scheduled Full Day Seminars. If you are interested in joining our mailing list for future announcements, please visit our contact page.
Attendees of all in-person programs will be given a complimentary copy of Counting and Betting Techniques, a DVD produced by, and featuring, Semyon Dukach.

In addition, attendees of the Small Team Mentoring and Full Day Seminars will receive a Blackjack Combo kit, which includes 6 decks of cards, a 6-deck dealing shoe, a discard tray, cut cards, and a Blackjack table felt (not available for 1-on-1 instruction).
The Blackjack Science seminars are open to the general public. However, persons affiliated with any casino, or with any detective agency collecting information on professional Blackjack players for casinos, are required to pay an additional fee of $750,000 per seminar, and should expect legal action for triple damages in the event they fail to declare their affiliation. In addition, their presence will be announced to all other Seminar participants ahead of time.
Think of a Blackjack Science seminar as being at a Blackjack table. No cell phones, cameras, recorders or similar devices will be allowed.
The base rate for each seminar includes instruction and consultation on the areas indicated. It does not include travel and accommodations. If there happen to be additional costs related to travel and accommodations, they will be communicated ahead of time and included as part of the agreed-upon seminar fee.
